In 2021, Paul Wurth Real Estate S.A. (PWRE) was created following a partial demerger of Paul Wurth S.A. On that date, Paul Wurth’s real estate assets were transferred to PWRE.

PWRE acts as the project developer for the brownfield conversion in the centre of Luxembourg, aiming to reactivate land that was used for industrial purposes for over 150 years and to transform it into an innovative, modern urban quarter.
